Westerling is an established business that has been around for more than 50 years. The company went under new ownership in October 2004. The new owners are sisters Jackie and Stacey McCulloch who bring fresh new ideas to the table.  After taking over the company the first task set was to build a website within 6 months of taking over.  The goal was finished and the website went live in March 2005.

In our Berkeley store, we have a huge showroom with over 1500 patterns on display of China, Crystal, and Flatware and we have very knowledgeable sales consultants to assist you with any questions. In our new locations West Dundee and coming soon Orland Park and Naperville you will find a wonderful selection of China, Crystal, and Flatware on display. We thrive on offering a relaxed environment to our customers where you can take your time choosing from the largest display of tableware in the Chicagoland area and display it on a table just as if you were in your own dining room.

Within the tableware division of our store, we specialize in Bridal Registry offering couple’s a great program with exceptional savings. Our special bridal registry program is very unique offering couples the opportunity to start married life with a complete set of tableware. We are pleased to help with any registry that is not held at Westerling. This gives the customers the opportunity to save money, receive great service, and have the product within a timely manner.

We have a wide variety of choices for anybody looking for China (Casual & Formal), Crystal (Casual & Formal), and flatware (silverware in stainless, silverplate, & sterling). Westerling is the only company to offer ½ price replacement on breakage of tableware. Just return any broken item purchased at Westerling and for the life of the pattern you will pay 50% of the retail price. Also, we provide a discontinued pattern notice to all customers that have previously ordered patterns that go to custom, special order, or discontinued status. This gives the customer the final opportunity to add or finish completing their pattern of China, Crystal, or Flatware.
